About these terms
By using Tansy, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
What Tansy is
Tansy is a directory that connects consumers in British Columbia with local farms. We list farms, what they sell, and how to arrange pickup. We don't sell food, ship food, or process payments. Any purchase or pickup arrangement is between you and the farm directly.
Accuracy
We work to keep farm information accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Farms manage their own listings after onboarding, and details like product availability, pricing, and pickup hours may change without notice on our site.
If you list a farm
By submitting a farm listing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to list this farm. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing us.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit (farm descriptions, product lists, contact details). By listing on Tansy, you give us permission to display that content on the site and in search results. If you remove your listing, we stop displaying it.
If you use Tansy as a consumer
Verify product details with the farm directly before relying on them — especially anything related to allergies, certifications (organic, free-range, etc.), or pricing. Tansy is a directory, not a guarantee.
No warranties
Tansy is provided “as is.” We're not liable for issues with food quality, farm interactions, or any transactions between you and a farm. Use the site at your own discretion.
Account termination
We can remove accounts or farm listings that violate these terms or that we believe are fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
